These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of lonestararchimplants.com (the “Site”), operated by Dental Innovation of Plano, DBA Texas Dental Specialists (“Texas Dental Specialists,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. No medical or dental advice
All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, 3D illustrations, pricing and treatment descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not dental or medical advice and is not a substitute for an in-person examination, diagnosis or treatment by a licensed dental professional.
Using the Site, calling our office or submitting information does not create a dentist–patient relationship. That relationship begins only after an in-person evaluation at our office. If you have a dental or medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
3. Treatments, results and illustrations
Descriptions of the Lone Star Arch™ (All-on-X), same-day implants, dentures, Snap-On Dentures and other services are general in nature. Whether a treatment is appropriate for you, the number of implants, the sequence of care and any healing timeline are determined only after a clinical evaluation and any necessary imaging.
- “Same-day” refers to procedures that may be completed in a single visit when clinically appropriate; it is not guaranteed for every patient.
- Before-and-after photos, videos and patient stories reflect individual experiences. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
- 3D models and illustrations are simplified representations for education only and do not depict your specific anatomy or outcome.
4. Pricing and financing
Prices and “starting at” monthly payments shown on the Site are provided for general information and may change without notice. Your final treatment plan, included components and total cost are confirmed in writing at your consultation. Advertised monthly payments are subject to credit approval and the terms of third-party financing providers, including APR, term length and any down payment. Texas Dental Specialists is not a lender. Insurance coverage, if any, depends on your individual plan.

Program description. When you opt in by providing your mobile number to Texas Dental Specialists (by phone, in our office, or through a form that includes SMS consent language), you agree to receive text messages from Texas Dental Specialists, a DBA of Dental Innovation of Plano, about your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling, treatment follow-ups, billing and, if you separately agree, occasional promotional offers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

- To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE.

- Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Acceptable use

- violate any law or the rights of others;

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, 3D models and the Lone Star Arch™ name, are owned by or licensed to Texas Dental Specialists and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services, such as maps, review platforms, video hosts or financing providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Dental Specialists and its owners, dentists, staff and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability related to the professional care you receive at our office.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Dental Specialists from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
